Transformações na oficina da história: o PIBID e a “variação de enredo” na formação de professores

The present article has as main objective to discuss how the creation and implantation of the Scholarship Program of Introduction to Teaching (PIBID) reverberated in Courses of Degree in History offered in Brazilian Universities, especially in the two public universities that offer this course in Piauí State (Universidade Federal do Piauí and Universidade Estadual do Piauí), resignified the place of teaching in the level of initial formation, by trying to break the existing dichotomy between University and Basic Education and between research and teaching. Due to this, we argue that PIBID is the most ambitious incentive program to teaching in the level of initial formation offered in the country, and we qualify it as a “variation in plot” of the history of teaching of the history teaching in Brazil, once its actions resound in the History workshop and in its relation with the society, through the teaching that it offers, besides having contributed to form research teachers who are able to develop satisfactory teaching strategies in relation to the needs of Basic Education, as well as to understand themselves as producers of the knowledge of history taught. Therefore, we use official sources (laws, regulations, notices) that treat about the implantation and follow-up of that Program and interviews with members of the first teams of the PIBID, supported on extensive bibliography that addresses the institutional place historically assigned to the teaching and teacher training programs in the History courses in Brazil, in addition to the methodology of Oral Thematic History.Keywords: History, teaching, teacher training courses, PIBID, Piauí State.O presente artigo tem por objetivo discutir como a criação e a implantação do Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação à Docência (PIBID) repercutiu nos cursos de Licenciatura em História oferecidos nas Universidades Brasileiras, em especial nas duas públicas que oferecem este curso no estado do Piauí (Universidade Federal do Piauí e Universidade Estadual do Piauí), à medida que ressignificou o lugar da docência durante a formação inicial, ao procurar romper com a dicotomia existente entre Universidade e Educação Básica e entre pesquisa e ensino. Devido a isso, argumentamos ser o PIBID o mais ambicioso Programa de incentivo à docência em nível de formação inicial implantado no país, e o qualificamos como uma “variação no enredo” da história do ensino de História no Brasil, uma vez que suas ações repercutem na própria oficina da História e em sua articulação com a sociedade, por meio do ensino que oferece, além de ter contribuído para formar professores-pesquisadores que sejam capazes tanto de desenvolver estratégias de ensino satisfatórias em relação às necessidades da Educação Básica como de se perceberem como produtores do conhecimento histórico ensinado. Para tanto, recorremos às fontes oficiais (leis, regulamentos e editais) que tratam da implantação e do acompanhamento desse Programa e a entrevistas com integrantes das primeiras equipes do PIBID, amparados em vasta bibliografia que trata do lugar institucional atribuído historicamente ao ensino e à formação de professores nos cursos de História no Brasil, além da metodologia da História Oral Temática.Palavras-chave: história, ensino, formação de professores, PIBID, Piauí
